Developed, launched, and operated by Group Cannon, Komune Resort & Beach Club Bali transformed the raw, underutilised Keramas Beach into one of Asia’s leading surf-lifestyle-wellness destinations. Positioned directly in front of the world-class Keramas break, the resort comprises 106 keys across hotel rooms, suites, and beachfront pool villas, supported by a full suite of wellness, fitness, and recovery facilities.

Group Cannon delivered the complete project lifecycle including site control, design management, permitting, construction delivery, brand development, and operational systems. The Beach Club has become a regional attraction in its own right, hosting WSL international surf events, live entertainment, and high-margin F&B operations that materially enhance revenue and brand reach.

Komune pioneered the retreat-led hotel model in Bali, now hosting up to 300 surf, wellness, longevity and performance retreats each year, driving strong occupancy, repeat visitation, and ongoing asset value growth.
