A landmark collaboration between Ray Group and Group Cannon, Niramaya is a $150 million luxury courtyard villa estate in Port Douglas. It was Australia’s first fully private six star villa resort, featuring 77 architect-designed three, four and five bedroom residences by Grounds Kent.

To guarantee construction quality and delivery certainty in Far North Queensland, Group Cannon established a dedicated building company, Bale Homes, to build the project. The resort included world class wellness facilities that set a new benchmark in Australian luxury hospitality and provided the launch platform for the next generation of Group Cannon developments.
