Group Cannon led a complete masterplan and rebrand of Mount Hotham and Dinner Plain Village, transforming the region’s positioning and driving a step-change in asset value. Land values increased by more than 500% during the project timeframe, with a record $2.15M achieved for a completed Giovanni D’Ambrosio home within the 137-lot master planned village in 2008.

The project secured key State and Federal approvals for a 1,000-apartment village centre and expanded mountain amenities, supported by major infrastructure investment including the realignment of the Great Alpine Road. This work laid the foundation for long-term growth of Mount Hotham as one of Australia’s premier alpine destinations.
